Training Management

How do I plan trainings, run sessions, and prove who actually attended?

A training carries its syllabus and topics, its schedule of sessions, and its participant list — and each session records attendance evidence per participant. Training subjects can be marked required for a position, tying development to the org model.

How it works

Trainings are structured records: subject, syllabus with topics, speakers, and a schedule of dated sessions. Participants are enrolled per training, and evidence records capture who attended which session, building a defensible attendance history rather than a sign-up list.

External delivery is supported — trainers and providers can be partner organizations, selected from the shared partner records. Completed trainings appear on the employee’s file as training history, and vacancies can name required trainings as screening criteria.

The link to the organization model is direct: training subjects can be flagged as required for a position, so the development plan for a seat is part of how the seat is defined rather than a spreadsheet beside it.
