Terms of service
In preparation — not yet in force.
Why there is nothing to read here yet
Terms have to name the contracting entity, the governing law and the jurisdiction, and they have to describe the service as it actually is. Publishing an approximation of any of that would create obligations nobody has agreed to, so this page carries none.
Publishing a generic version would be worse than publishing nothing: it would state obligations that have not been agreed and describe a service that does not match this one. When an approved text exists, it will replace this page.
If you need an answer now
Evaluations often need a legal position before a policy page exists. Ask us directly and you will get the current answer for your situation rather than a document that has not been finished.
