Time & Attendance
How do employees check in and out, and how do I see who was present when?
Employees check in and out from the browser, including a field check-out variant and an end-of-day close-out. The daily log and a monthly per-employee attendance view give supervisors presence at a glance.
How it works
Check-in is a click, with variants for real conditions: a standard check-in, a check-in against a selected task for employees who start directly on assigned work, a field check-out for off-site completion, and a close-of-business check-out that ends the day explicitly. Each event lands in a daily check-in/check-out log.
Attendance aggregates into a monthly view per employee, and the check-in screens are aware of the published roster, reading scheduled days for the period being viewed. The same check-in and check-out surface is available to every employee inside My continON, so attendance capture does not require a separate terminal application.
Attendance events and timesheet lines share one recording model, which is what lets a check-in against a task become recorded working time on that task without double entry.
What it records
Check-in variants for real work
Standard, task-linked, field, and close-of-business check events cover office and field patterns.
Daily log
Every check event is listed in a per-day log, including the end-of-day close-outs.
Monthly attendance view
Presence aggregates per employee per month for supervisor review.
Roster-aware
The attendance surface reads scheduled days, so presence is seen against the plan.
