My Workspace
What does an employee actually see and do when they sign in?
The home tab is built around the working day: check in and out from the browser, see dashboards and upcoming appointments, and open company regulations. For new employees, the organization’s onboarding workflow launches here automatically at first sign-in.
How it works
Check-in and check-out are on the home surface, including the check-in-against-a-task variant for employees who start straight on assigned work, and end-of-day close-out. Events land in the same attendance records supervisors review in HCM — self-service capture is the capture.
Around the check-in sit the day’s context: personal dashboards, an appointments carousel showing what is booked, and the company regulations view where organizational policy documents are read. Workflows can meet the employee here too: a designated onboarding process launches automatically until completed, and a post-login process can present once per day when the organization configures one.
What the view returns

Check in from the browser
Standard, task-linked, and end-of-day check events are recorded from the home tab into the shared attendance log.
Appointments at a glance
The appointments carousel shows booked meetings and events for the days ahead.
Company regulations
Organizational policy documents are readable from the workspace without asking HR.
Onboarding meets you here
A designated onboarding workflow auto-launches at first sign-in and stops once completed; post-login processes can present once per day.
