Directory & Appointments
How do employees find colleagues and partners and book meetings with them?
The tools side of the workspace covers people: a searchable contact directory of colleagues, partner lookup, and appointments that send email invitations to the people involved. Booked events appear on the home tab’s carousel.
How it works
The directory searches the organization’s people records — the same person model the rest of the platform maintains — so contact details are current, not a parallel address book. Partner organizations are searchable the same way, which matters for employees whose day involves suppliers, customers, or training providers.
Appointments are records with invitations: creating or editing an event can notify participants by email, personal events are supported alongside work ones, and upcoming appointments surface on the home carousel. Booking happens where the employee already is, against people the platform already knows.
