My Schedule & Leave
Can employees see their own roster and manage their leave without emailing HR?
The personal schedule is the published roster — shifts and scheduled days as generated in HCM, shown for the signed-in employee. Leave sits beside it: balances by type, submitted requests with their per-day status, and new requests with documents attached.
How it works
The schedule view reads the employee’s own generated roster, so what the scheduler published is what the employee sees, without a distribution step. Scheduled days also give attendance its context — the workspace knows which days the employee is expected.
Leave is handled where the employee is: balance and usage statistics per leave type are visible before requesting, requests are stored day by day, and supporting documents attach directly. Decisions arrive from the manager’s two-level approval in HCM — the request as a whole and each day — and the outcome is visible per day on the employee’s own list.
What the view returns
Drawn from My continONScoped toOne employee’s own roster and leave balance
The roster, not a copy
The personal schedule reads the generated roster records directly for the signed-in employee.
Balances before requesting
Leave balance and usage per type are shown before a request is submitted.
Per-day outcomes
Requests decompose into days, so a partially approved request is visible day by day.
Documents attach to requests
Evidence files upload onto the leave request itself and stay with it.
