My Documents & E-Signature
Where do employees find their documents, shared policies, and a personal signature for HR forms?
Personal documents and shared folders come from the platform’s document store, scoped by the employee’s own permissions, with search across both. A personal e-signature — an uploaded signature image protected by a PIN — is managed here and used on signed HR forms.

How it works
The documents tab has two sides: personal documents that belong to the employee’s file, and shared documents the organization publishes, both served by the central document store with its per-folder permission flags applied. Employees browse and search them from the workspace, and company regulations are readable in their own view.
The e-signature is deliberately simple and controlled: the employee uploads a signature image and protects it with a PIN, which must be matched before the signature is changed or applied. Its verified use today is signing HR forms such as withholding elections — it is an internal signing convenience, not a claim of a qualified digital-signature service.
