My continONdata
My Pay & Benefits
Can employees see their own payroll results and manage withholding elections themselves?
The pay view is read-only and personal: payroll results by year and type, visible after the payroll period is approved. Withholding elections are employee-managed and signed with the PIN-protected e-signature; recorded benefits are displayed alongside.

How it works
Employees see their own payroll list filtered by year and type — the same results the approved payroll run produced, without edit rights. Publication follows the payroll module’s controls: what has been approved is what appears.
Withholding elections are the employee’s to maintain: deduction choices are entered in the workspace and the completed election is signed with the personal e-signature after PIN confirmation. Benefits recorded on the employee file are displayed read-only; continON does not include a benefits-plan enrollment module, and this view does not pretend otherwise.
