Enterprise Setup

Where does an organization define its profile, working rules, and legal notices?

The enterprise profile records who the organization is: name, logo, business hours, default currency and language. Disclaimers, organization-wide settings, and notification rules are configured on the same surface and enforced across every application.

How it works

The organization profile is a real configuration record, not a branding page. It carries the name and logo the applications display, the business hours operations run under, and the default currency and language new records inherit. Units in the org hierarchy can carry their own currency and logo where a division genuinely differs.

Legal notice is handled as a gate, not a link in a footer. The organization publishes a disclaimer, users must accept it before working, and each acceptance is recorded in an audit log — so who agreed, and when, is a query rather than a guess.

Administration also holds the organization-wide settings the shared services read, including notification rules targeted by position and unit: who is told when something needs attention, resolved against the org chart rather than a maintained mailing list.

What the view returns

Drawn from Admin

Scoped toThe organization itself

  • One profile record

Name, logo, business hours, default currency and language — read by every application instead of configured per app.

  • Disclaimer with recorded acceptance

Users are gated until they accept, and each acceptance lands in an audit log.

  • Notification rules by position and unit

Notification targeting is configured against seats and units, so the right role is informed even as people change.

  • Per-unit overrides where real

A unit can carry its own currency and logo when a division actually operates differently.
