Contract Activity & Linked Transactions

What actually happened under this contract — and where is it offered while it runs?

Each contract carries an activity view that unions the sales, purchases, and projects recorded under it — reference and date per row. While the contract is inside its execution period and not closed, it is offered wherever contracted transactions are created; afterwards it is history.

What it records

  • Unified activity history

Sales, projects, and purchases under the contract appear as one list with references and dates.

  • Active-window gating

Only contracts inside their execution period and not closed are offered where contracted transactions are created.

  • Purchase-side consumption

Supplier order building filters to active purchase contracts and inherits their delivery days.

  • Sale-side consumption

Contracted sales and contract-linked orders select from the buyer’s active sale contracts.

  • Project linkage

Projects reference their contract, and the register controls whether a project may carry several.

How it works

The activity view reads across the platform: sales linked to the contract, projects delivering it, and purchases with the contract’s partners are listed as one history with their references and dates. Because operational documents carry contract foreign keys, this is a query over real relationships, not a manually maintained log.

The active window does real gating. Purchase contracts inside their execution period and not completed or failed are the ones supplier order assembly offers, carrying their agreed delivery days onto the order; sale contracts under the same rules are what contracted sales and contract-linked customer orders can select for that buyer. Closure — completed or failed — removes the contract from those pickers everywhere at once, because every module reads the same register.
